Your 4-night stay (March 17 - 21, 2024) will be covered by apree health. Pre-and post- extensions at the contracted rate are available for 3 days pre- and post- event, depending on availability. Please see optional additional night information on the FAQ page. You will be charged for any additional nights upon check out. Please indicate on the registration if you would like to extend your stay.

Airport
All attendees will be responsible for booking their air travel to and from President's Club. Please book your flight to arrive into Kahului airport (OGG).

Some direct options are available, most require a connection.

Upon arrival into OGG, you will be greeted by a member of our support team, helped with your luggage, and directed to the ride share departure area to meet your driver or to the car rental center.

Please arrange ground transportation on your own. Each couple will be allowed to expense $200 of transportation fees for the trip. You can use this credit towards Uber/Lyft fees or car rental.
