Sunday, March 17th - Thursday, March 21st, 2024

After a long trip to Maui, we want to offer a chance to overcome some jet-lag to enjoy your trip (or return home!).  We will allow each winner (+guest) to add 1 additional night to their stay if desired.  This is completely optional (and based on hotel availability).  Please indicate on the registration survey if you would like to add an additional night to your trip and which night you would like to add (Saturday, 3/16 or Thursday, 3/21).

• Each winner (+guest) can only request 1 extra night - any additional nights will be at your own expense

• There are no hosted events on either day.  All meals, activities, etc. would be at your own expense for the extra day.

You may extend your stay at the group rate for 3 nights pre- or post-hosted event days.  The group rate is $705/night, not inclusive of taxes and fees.  Any nights outside of the hosted event days (or the optional additional night as noted above) will be at your own expense.  

If you'd like to extend your stay, please select your arrival and departure dates on the registration survey and we will confirm availability with the hotel.

All guests must be 16 or older to attend this trip, and each qualifier is allowed one guest.

Please arrange your own transportation to the hotel.  Each winner + guest pair will be allowed to expense $200 of transportation costs while on this trip.  This $200 can be applied to Uber/Lyft fees or car rental. Please submit your receipts on your normal expenses after the trip.

There are no Covid-19 restrictions for this trip or testing required.

Yes! You may book any activities on your own that are not hosted by apree health.  Some information is below:

• Check out the 'Activities' section of the Fairmont Kea Lani website for activities arranged through the hotel.

• To book your own activities, check out Activity Authority for nearby options.

apree health will cover select meals and up to 2 activities per person as outlined in the Activity Selection Guide.  For meals and activities not covered by apree health, you may use the gift card provided upon arrival to help offset the costs.

Walk!  Wailea has a 1.6 mile beachfront walking path that connects several resorts in the area.  Three separate beaches are accessible from this walking path and all beaches in Hawaii are accessible to the public.

Uber and Lyft are available on Maui for any rides you need.

Rent a car.  Avis car rentals are available at the Fairmont, or you can use your $200 transportation credit towards car rental fees.  Complementary self parking is included at the Fairmont.

Sunday 3/17

Registration:Stop by the President's Club registration desk (located in the Pikake room on the lower level of the Fairmont Kea Lani) anytime from 10:00am - 4:00pm.  We'll answer any questions and get you checked in for the event.  

Welcome Reception: Join us for a cocktail reception and dinner from 4:30 - 7:30pm in the Royal Fountain Terrace at the Fairmont.

Monday 3/18

Breakfast will be on your own

Activity Selections: more details will be provided individually based on the activity you and your guest choose for this day.

Group Dinner: please join us at Nick's Fishmarket at the Fairmont from 5:00 - 7:30pm for cocktails and dinner.

Tuesday 3/19

Champagne Breakfast: Join us for a special breakfast at Ko restaurant at the Fairmont from 7:30 - 9:30am.

OluKai Footwear Event: Drop in to the Pikake room anytime from 2:00 - 4:00pm to choose a new pair of OluKai sandals or shoes without leaving the hotel!

Dinner will be on your own. Please make your own restaurant reservations.

Wednesday 3/20

Breakfast will be on your own

Activity Selections: more details will be provided individually based on the activity you and your guest choose for this day.

Final Night Luau Celebration: make your way down to Polo Lawn at the Fairmont at 6:00pm for cocktails, dinner, and a variety of luau entertainment to send you off in aloha style!

Thursday 3/21

Breakfast will be on your own

Please arrange your own transportation back to the airport.

Please download and sign the below waiver by March 1st for both you and your guest and send to aubrey.mcconnell@apree.health.  Please sign the corresponding waiver for your legacy company (listed on your paychecks).
